Matt has over 23 years industry experience across multiple sectors including social and private residential, student accommodation, hospitality, education and healthcare delivering in excess of £350m in built assets across the UK. Throughout his career he has worked for regional and national construction consultancies providing Quantity Surveying, Project and Development Management, Employers Agent and Principle Designer Services.

With extensive knowledge of 'Modern Methods of Construction', he has also been involved in the development of various 'off-site' solutions including a volumetric modular residential product for the affordable rented market, sustainable panellised system build solutions for the private residential market and delivery of several containerised modular development projects in the retail and hospitality sector.
